Reservation Policy 

1. Booking & Confirmation

To secure your spot in our surf sessions, all bookings must be made through our official website or at our local center. A reservation is only considered confirmed once the full payment or the required deposit has been received.

2. Cancellation Policy (Student-Initiated)

We understand that plans can change, but since our group sizes are limited to ensure quality coaching, we apply the following refund rules:

  • Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance: 100% refund or a free date change.

  • Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours in advance: 50% refund (covers administrative costs and the reserved spot).

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or No-shows: No refund or date change will be provided.

3. Weather Conditions & Safety

Surfing depends entirely on Mother Nature. If the sea or wind conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for the level of the lesson (determined by our certified head instructors):

  1. We will offer an alternative date for your session.

  2. If you cannot attend another day, we will issue a voucher with no expiry date or a full refund. Note: We don’t cancel for light rain—you’re going to get wet anyway! We only cancel if the conditions are hazardous.

4. Punctuality

Please arrive at the surf school 15 minutes before your lesson starts to get fitted for your wetsuit and board. In respect to the group, the lesson will start on time. Late arrivals will not be able to join the session once it has begun and will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Health & Requirements

By booking a lesson, you confirm that:

  • You are a competent swimmer.

  • You do not have any medical conditions that prevent you from surfing safely.

  • You are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The school reserves the right to refuse service for safety reasons without a refund.

6. Equipment Use

Equipment rental during the lesson is included in the price. Students are responsible for using the gear properly. In case of loss or damage due to negligence, the school reserves the right to charge for the repair or replacement cost.
